Consumer mediation
Since the farm sells stays at Sainte-Marthe to private individuals, article L616-1 of the French consumer code requires it to name a consumer mediator here, free of charge to the guest.

Referral to the mediator is free of charge to the guest. It is admissible only after a written complaint has first been sent to the farm and has not been answered satisfactorily. Guests may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Content and liability
This site describes an agricultural holding and its activities. Where it refers to projects, proposals or technologies under development, it says so; such statements are descriptions of intent and are not commitments, and they may change.
Nothing on this site constitutes a health claim. Medicinal and aromatic plants are described as agricultural products; statements about therapeutic properties are regulated and are not made here.
Statements concerning water on the estate describe a historic heritage and the recognition by the French authorities of the historic use of the spring and of a right of anteriority for personal consumption. They do not constitute, and must not be read as, a declaration that the estate holds an authorisation to supply water for public consumption. Water uses are managed in accordance with the applicable health and regulatory requirements.

The texts and the photographs on this site are the property of SCEA Abbaye Saint Pierre de Lacour unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photographs show the estate and its activities.
The names and marks of certification bodies and of partner organisations remain the property of those organisations and are used here only to identify the certifications and relationships described. Where an agreement restricts the use of a partner's mark, this site refers to the relationship in words only.

What this site collects
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising cookie, runs no analytics or tracking service, and builds no profile of its visitors. Nothing you do here is used to identify you.
Two external services are requested by the pages: a web-font service, which receives your browser's request for the typefaces used, and, if you follow them, the external links listed above. Each is governed by its own provider's terms.
If you write to us
When you send an email to the address on this site we receive your address, your message and whatever you choose to put in it. It is used to answer you and for the resulting business relationship, and for nothing else. It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for their own purposes. Correspondence is kept no longer than is necessary for the matter it concerns and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.
